Beautiful secluded Villa with views across the golf course to the Caribbean Sea.

If you are looking for a holiday with the 3 S's, Sun, Sea and Sand, you could not pick a more suitable place. We could add another 3 S's, Secluded, Safe and Stunning. Our Villa is located on the private estate of Royal Westmoreland, where the resort offers an 18 hole golf course and a full size swimming pool.

The beach near Mullins has lots of water sports options for you to enjoy, including jet skis, water skiing and various rides.

It is the perfect getaway for families with children, as well as sports fans looking for activity in the sun.

Our Villa has its own private entrance and garden.
The accommodation has two double bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own bathroom, and a separate cottage suite with double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.
The Villa can be booked as a two bedrooms for 2-4 people or for 5-6 people (taking all three bedrooms) for a small supplement per person.

An open plan lounge, on the upper floor, opens on to a dining and lounge terrace with stunning views over the Golf Course to the Caribbean Ocean. A new fully fitted kitchen has every convenience for self catering.
Our lovely housekeeper, Genevieve, attends each weekday to make your beds, do your cleaning and attend to your washing.

Our aim is to ensure you have the most relaxing time in Barbados and there are many ways to relax in our Villa when not exploring the island.

The Villa has a flat screen TV, speed broadband wireless internet access, and a Barbados TV subscription.

Guests have access to the full size Forest Hills swimming pool. It is a salt water pool located across the road for exclusive use by owners and their guests.

Royal Westmoreland Golf (tee times between 10-11am check Pro shop for rate):
The Royal Westmoreland championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, has spectacular views from every fairway and green.
Ian Woosnam, Masters Champion, European Ryder Cup captain and resident at Royal Westmoreland, has described the 4 par 3's on the course as some of the best he has played anywhere in the world.

Sandy Lane is also close by which is beautiful and offers packages and twilight rate.

Our Villa enjoys amazing views across the golf course to the Caribbean Ocean. It is quiet, secluded and private and particularly safe for those families with children because it has so much private garden and no passing traffic. Forest Hills is a private road and a cul-de-sac, so traffic is never an issue.

Our guest book is full of amazing comments from previous guests who have enjoyed staying at Fairways and include particular praise of our housekeeper Genevieve who sings while she works and is always cheerful.

PLEASE NOTE: Villa renters are able to play golf at the current rate with a Tee Time between 10 and 11am. The wonderful communal swimming pool is dedicated for use of Forest Hills Villa owners and rental guests. The other amenities; The club house (except when playing golf), sanctuary pool, tennis courts, gym, rum shack and the Mullins Beach club use are not included with this rental. The Sandy Lane golf club and Barbados Golf Club can also be played and are a must for keen golfers. There are many other wonderful beaches all open to the public and a great choice of restaurants within a short drive.

we had a great stay at 3 Forest Hills. The property is well looked after and the housekeeper and owner were very helpful and may our stay memorable. We have visited Forest Hills a number of times and it is a really good location with great facilities. Better than most five star hotels!

Fabulous villa in lovely surroundings

We had a fantastic stay at Fairways over Christmas. The Villa is well equipped, very comfortable and in a great location near to a lovely pool area and the Rum Shack! Communication with Julian was excellent The villa suited all age groups from teens to grandparents. Would highly recommend a stay.

Lovely week at Royal Westmoreland

Relaxing week at Forest Hills in a lovely villa. Great access to quiet pool and just 5 minutes from Holetown. Plenty of good bars and restaurants in easy reach of the villa. Thanks to Julian the villa owner for a simple booking process and for being accommodating when we requested an extra night stay. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

Wonderful stay with family

The villa was in a great location. Right near the Rum shack and forest hills pool. The additional annexed bedroom worked out great for staying with family but still having our own space. Genevieve the housekeeper was lovely and kept the place spick and span for us during our stay and answered any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book again.

A perfect location and a lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Royal Westmoreland is beautifully situated and has great facilities whilst the house was really pretty, clean and felt like a home. Fabulous Villa

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday in Julian's villa. As repeat visitors to Royal Westmoreland we think Forest Hills are some of the best located on the estate and this villa did not disappoint. Julian's communications were excellent, ensuring all went very smoothly.

Fabulous villa and great location

We had a fabulous time staying in Julians villa. It was very spacious and exactly like the photographs, and had a very comfy bed! We enjoyed breakfast each day on the balcony overlooking the golf course and the sea in the distance. You need a car to get around but Holetown is only about 10 minutes drive where there is a large supermarket, petrol station and ATM. Plenty of beaches nearby where you can rent sun loungers and parasols quite cheaply. Julian is a great host and was good at communicating, replying promptly to questions, from booking right through to wishing us a safe trip home. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and hopefully we will be coming back when we next visit Barbados. Thank you Julian.

Brilliant

The Villa was brilliant. Stayed there with my wife and kids. Julian, the manager/host was ever so accommodating. Anything that we needed, he was a WhatsApp call away and always provided. He also recommended great restaurants and beaches nearby. I would personally like to thank him for making my family feel at home in his villa. Would definitely stay there again. Family trip to Barbados

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Barbados. Julian’s Villa played a large part in that. It is just as advertised and the photos are a great depiction of what you will experience. Royal WestMoreland complex is very secure. And well attended. We had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms, but Julian very quickly rectified the situation. You are within 2 miles of Holetown, and all the bars and restaurants that it provides. Overall, I can highly recommend this villa and the area.

Family Vacation

The Fairways was absolutely beautiful, the home is stunning, plenty of room for a family of 6 adults. Close to Holetown, shops and restaurants, close to beautiful beaches The pool is beautiful, large and very quiet, we all loved the Rum Shack, great food and drinks. Julian checked on us from the moment the reservation was made. Very accommodating, attentive, and kind. We can't say enough about Genevieve, pure sunshine, kind, helpful, always smiling, she was absolutely amazing!!! We hope to definitely book again, and will recommend to all our friends. Fabulous

We had a lovely stay - the property was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Beautiful grounds with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. Visits from monkeys and a vast array of bird life. We used the Villa as a base for exploring the island and also enjoyed using the shared pool. We often had this to ourselves and it never got busy. Genevieve was great - very friendly and happy to show us how everything worked. Julian was extremely helpful and the communication was excellent - calling me before we arrived and also keeping in touch when we had a query. Myself , my husband and 2 adult daughters would thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you!

Family vacation in Royal Westmoreland

The Royal Westmoreland Resort and the house is a beautiful property. It was quiet and very close to Lime Grove for shopping and eating out. The "Rum Shack" at the resort was lovely, we enjoyed a nice meal and rum punch, the service was excellent. Communication with Julian was great, he was available for calls or texts and shared lots of information to make sure we were comfortable and having a good vacation - the housekeeper, Genevieve was very sweet and kind. The view from the villa is stunning and I never got tired of looking at the lush greenery. The community swimming pool is just a short walk from the villa and we enjoyed using it very much when we were not at the beach. The downside… August is very hot in Barbados and there is no air conditioning in the main part of the house so it was very hard to enjoy the sitting area, kitchen or dining area. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, so we stayed out much of the day and would retire to our bedrooms in the evening fairly quickly once the heat in the main part of the house became uncomfortable. The caribbean shutters on some of the windows leave space for bugs and gecko's to come inside - we caught a few gecko's and released them back outside, in addition to millipedes. Also, be careful of leaving anything sugary about as many 'sugar ants' will be sure to find it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Westmoreland. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Our host checked in once in a while to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, well appointed villa - highly recommended

The villa is in a lovely position overlooking the golf course with the sea in the distance. It is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything that you would need. Genevieve, the housekeepe, is a gem. The swimming pool, although a few steps away, is excellent and not used much at all. The owner was very helpful to us as we had not visited Barbados. His restaurant recommendations could not be faulted and he responded to all our questions almost by return. A very pleasant and relaxing holiday experience and highly recommended.

Great vacation Spot with lots of Amenities

Check-in was easy with keys left at the security gate at the front of the property. The unit was clean and spacious and Genevieve is a lovely hard-working housekeeper who walked us through all the details of the property. It is a short drive to the best restaurants and beaches on the island. The unit itself is walking distance to the tennis courts, swimming pool and fitness room. You will enjoy monkeys, ducks at the pond and birds! The main unit sleeps four and there is a cottage right off the main entrance for two more. Our kids loved the independence of the cottage. Parking is right at the front door. We would definitely return.
