"New and consequently very clean throughout hotel. Very comfortable room and bed. Thoughtful and pleasant contemporary design in the room. Helpful staff. Convenient mini store for food in reception area. Breakfast is fine. Parking is paid but it's typical in the city. Location is not the most convenient to get to city center but can't have everything. All in all very pleasant stay. First time in Novotel, now will be looking for novotels for further stays."

"The complex is very nice and the surroundings are lovely. Port en Bessin which is just a short drive away is very nice with lots of restaurants and places to walk. However, our studio was very disappointing, although well equipped it was not in good repair. We had a broken shower that had to be fixed, we had a hotplate that didn't work and on our third day we had no hotwater. The reception staff were very nice and quickly responded to put right the problems but the studio was not fit for...

"You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. Make sure to try their restaurant, it is great. We had a family room, with twin beds in a loft, which the kids loved. It’s a nice walk to the Juno Beach centre, which every Canadian has to see once. In the morning there is a fish market, giving you a local vibe."
