"Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. "Worth it!"

"The water pressure in shower was very bad. The shower door was very hard to open. I had to ask the staff twice for blankets and face towels. They never brought the face towels. While i was finishing up my poll game the staff turned out the lights.and I couldn't see, i fell with a beer bottle in my hand and cut it in two places. Staff sis not assist and Office s did not have first aid kit. Hotel is also built on cemetery lot where dead people are buried who couldn't afford a proper burial."
