My sister's room was block out 3 to 4 times in the night, and eventually the staff brought in the fan. Rather unpleasant experience. "We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something a little different from a regular hotel experience!"

"The friendliness and support of the staff has made this miniature hotel really a “home away from home.” At any time I feel more like I was staying with a relative than staying in hotel. "Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful....

"Dzung and his wife Dep have made a lovely homestay. They are super sweet and accommodating. My room was large, comfortable and had an awesome view. They provide bikes to get around and Grabs are super easy to get. Dzung even arranged a private car transfer to and from Hanoi. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. It is not too far from main attractions and since transportation from Grab or scooter is an option, it makes it pretty easy. I would definitely come back here again"
