"Booking a stay at this property was an absolute mistake. I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel. The bathroom shower broke and my child slipped and got hurt on the first day.The breakfast arrangements were absolutely pathetic with poor food quality and poor layout. "Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. "I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all.
