"This cosy cottage is close to the beach. It is easy to access and in a lovely setting. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. Would return in a flash. "

"For the amount paid the room and breakfast were good however things such as check in being at 4pm, having to book the pool in advance (we couldn't even use it the day of check out as it was fully booked) and general customer service (not having room number taken at breakfast and having to find staff member ourselves) let this place down "

"Very quiet area and very flat. Great if you like animals, dogs, hens, sheep, horses and a turkey are within the grounds. Vintage mismatched rooms and fabulous breakfast with home made bread. Not much entertainment but 2 pubs nearby, one within walking distance, other serves food until 8pm. Lincoln city, castle and cathedral worth a visit. Very entertaining host, lovely family and winner of four in a bed!"

"Located in a quiet cul-de-sac this cottage is the perfect location to explore the surrounding villages and coastline. The garden is very spacious and was perfect for our dog. Overall standard of the house is very good but it does need a little bit of TLC to bring it up to excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the village centre where there are a good selection of shops and places to eat. Only criticism is that the volume on the TV has been pre set making it difficult to hear some programmes...

"Superbly appointed home in beautiful village location, steps from the village green, two pubs, and village shop. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub, and spacious reception room for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Would definitely return."

"The room although small had everything we needed including bottled water and biscuits The breakfast experience was not so good left waiting for 10 minutes before the breakfast came that was only just warm no bacon we then had to ask for drinks and toast not a pleasant experience you expect to be offered and given a choice as soon as you sit down not have to ask for everything we never bothered the second day it’s a shame as apart from that it was nice "
