"LOVEDD our stay! It was a group of 8 and we had 3 great rooms. Special shout out to staff members: micheal, leoneil, ojay, dennis at the front desk, andre, and tajay! Food was good like 8.5/10 but only wish there were more night life things to do but overall great! I will probably be back "

"Overall stay was amazing. Love the vibe of the staff and other travelers. The only downfall was having to pay for umbrellas and lounge chairs - $7 US each. The beach is beautiful and is just across the street. Visitors come from other resorts as well as locals to hang out at Doctors Cave. Would I visit again? Yes yes and yes. "

"I had a very pleasant stay here at the Grand Palladium. The service and hotel was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly. My only drawback was the TravelClub presentation. I felt forced to attend and I did not like that. When we didnt agree to joining the club, our guide Travis became unfriendly. I dont come on vacation to attend meetings and then made to feel bad when I dont agree. They should really think about the travelers time and be more mindful on how they handle oppositions....
