"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

I was disappointed in the quality of the room furnishings; the beds were very uncomfortable and the shower/tub was weird-designed more for a spa or honeymoon suite. Also the hotel is popular with cruise ship tour groups which makes it difficult to enjoy the breakfast."
