"Was very happy with my choice of hotels to stay at The Palace. Great location, nice rooms, excellent amount of space in the rooms. The front desk manager, Gem, was amazingly helpful on my check in as well as lining out a whole day worth great sites that were not mentioned in my travel guide, to be honest had it not been for him I think I would have missed out so much about Edirne, so a very, very big thank you to the staff."

"It does not overlook the sea, the hotel was not ready to receive customers, the pool is very dirty and it is not possible to swim in it, the breakfast is not a buffet only a specific plate with a little cheese, one egg, a slice of tomato, a piece of cucumber and a cup of tea, there is no restaurant or any cafeteria in the hotel"

"This is graded 5 but should be a 4 and possibly lower. Room was in need of maintenance and there was evidence of mould in the shower. Carpet was stained and fitted furniture scratched and damaged. Mini fridge was dirty and turned off on removing key card on exit. Penthouse restaurant is good for breakfast but items not replenished regularly. "

"This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were perfect and extremely courteous. Parking was off road, free and very convenient. The rooms were spacious and great for families (2 adults and 4 children). The views were exceptional and complimentary breakfast was perfect. We were only supposed to stay one night but ended up staying 4 due to the features and perfect hotel experience we received from staff. "

"Great property, clean (though they didn't clean under the pullout couch, which becomes apparant when the pullout is closed), air conditioned. Food was good. Location is the only downside, as it's far from the city center. Easy parking. "
