"As advertised, this hotel doubles as an art museum. The decorations are jaw-dropping. Our room was comfortable, with good A/C and shower. The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff answered our questions and helped us arrange a Mount Bromo tour, and even greeted us by name whenever we passed. "Hotel was excellent with big room. Room was clean. Toilet cover needs to be changed coz it looks old and dirty. Breakfast spread was great. I will come back again for sure if I’m going to Surabaya. Staffs were friendly and polite. "
