"Room 103 is right above the main entrance. With a full length window this allows everyone walking up to the premises to see right into the room. What it needs is a privacy sheet to be stuck to the bottom half of the window which would allow the occupants to mot have to pull the curtains for the entire duration. A short 10 minute stroll into the town centre and or the same to the War Cemetry and or museum. Three very small recycing bins for the entire hotel. "

"The room was small but perfectly adequate. Kitchen is OK, good microwave. Plenty of utensils though luckily I am tall as everything was in a high cupboard. Very nice little patio outside and the hotel is a short walk to both a Carrefour supermarket and Gold Beach. Good choice."

Breakfast was fine for a continental one and is included in the price. Small charge for secure car parking. However it wasn't that secure as one morning when i was leaving to visit some D day locations we found a migrant in the boot of the car.
