Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The accommodations were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel's restaurant, The Nickel, was a standout - delicious cuisine, inviting ambiance, and attentive service. We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay that we plan to return whenever possible. This property is sure to delight even the most discerning guest seeking a first-class hotel experience.

The building has beautiful architectural details and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is friendly and work hard to accommodate guest needs. This location is walkable to many restaurants, bars, venues, and shops. They offer free shuttles within a range, also.

When I first checked in, the receptionist switched my room because my original room was not ready for check-in at 4pm. Upon entering the new room, I realized it was very hot and the thermostat read 76. I turned on the AC, and waited 30 minutes before I realized it wasn’t working. I called down to the front desk, and they assured me they would send their engineer immediately to check. After another 30 minutes, no one came and I called again. The receptionist reassured me once again that someone was coming to check, so I waited. Another 30 minutes went by before the room was unbearable to be in (80 degree day outside), so I went downstairs to the front desk and asked about the engineer. The receptionist was surprised to find out he had not come to my room to check, and also told me he would not be able to fix it. They then switched me back to the original room I had booked, which at this point, was ready. Not a great check in experience, and customer service experience up front, but I have no complaints about the rest of my stay.

Gym was “tiny” with poor air circulation, lobby was closed 1 evening for a private party, no doorman or help when I arrived at 6:30 p.m. No housekeeping unless requested. Over priced for this level of hotel.

Awesome location near DCPA and walkable distance to Larimer Square. Staff was awesome, friendly, and helpful. The Nickel brunch was fantastic. Room was nice, modern, and had plenty of outlets and built-in USB chargers.

I arrived at the hotel and found I had accidently selected the following month. The hotel was full the day I arrived which I totally understood. I requested they refund me for the reservation since it was an obvious mistake on my part and they had a full month to book the room I could not use, but Hotel Teatro choose to keep my payment. That is their right but needless to say I will not chose Hotel Teatro on future trips to Denver.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a corner king. The room was very nice and clean. The shower and bathtub were awesome. The bed was so comfortable. Best night sleep that we have had in a hotel. They have complementary coffee and water all day in the lobby. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. The service and food was great. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We will be staying here again for sure!
