Nice staff, nice room, nice food, everything was good. The only thing I found pity was that bath tub was cracked. Every time I took a bath, water leaked out and the bathroom became flooded. Wifi connection was no problem at all. I joined an international zoom meeting from my room but never lost the connection for the entire three hours.

Very well renovated hotel. In a super busy neighborhood , with lot of good restaurants around. In the main area. Has nice big rooms with good Wi-Fi. Overall good 3 star hotel

Business Hotel in the Heart of Noida
Well located and appointed hotel in the heart of Noida. Modern rooms with good wifi and pleasing decor. Breakfast buffet has a variety of fresh local and western delicacies but the service is hit and miss. Cable TV and bathrooms as to be expected of a local hotel - but with 5 star toiletries. Chocolates on arrival is a nice touch. Reception is very efficient and helpful. Highly recommended for a solo traveler or couple who wish to skip the usual chains and associated prices and experience a more local stay.

Nice Hotel at the Heart of the NOIDA.
Hotel is Good with respect to accommodation, slightly over priced with respect to amenities, size of the room, furnishing in the room etc. Items in Mini bar in the room are exorbitantly over priced; what is the point in over charging the MRP Items. Some Front Desk Staff was very rude, arrogant and sort of threatening style of communication behavior. The Hotel should train its staff properly make learn them to behave respectfully & politely with the Guests or the Hotel should do away with such staff, who can not be pleasing & hospitable with the Guests.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff
I booked 2 rooms for my old parents as we attended a late night wedding at Noida. At our arrival, they refused to give us any room as they wanted hard copies of an ID for every single guest. I gave them my US DL but they said only acceptable proof of ID is a passport. I have extensively traveled in the world and in India and never I have been asked to provide IDs of every single guest. We were stranded late night with my parents and a 3-year-old. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the employees of this hotel was completely unwarranted and unacceptable.

The official at the front desk needs some training in how to deal with customers. He told me that even after I vacated the room, I will have to wait for 10 minutes for the hotel to check the mini bar in the room etc. before The hotel could issue the final receipt for check-out. Eventually It did not take even a minute. Why make such false statements? The guy needs training.

Mosaic was great. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was ok and waiters were excellent. Very good proximity to Mall and other shopping. All in all, great stay. I will stay there again definitely.

I am writing this while I wait for the IT guy to come up to my room to check what's wrong with the wifi. I am a little tired as I was waiting outside for 15 mins as the door refused to be opened or maybe because I could not sleep well last night as the walls are made of paper ( I could actually hear the mosquitoes buzzing next door) or because every phone call made to reception takes at least ten minister to get answered. I know it's a very old hotel located at very prime location - but guys, common! Positives : Location and proximity to atta, GIP metro station.

Stay was very enjoyable and the food in the main restaurant was excellent, with a range to suit all. Only drawback was that maintenance was carried out in a room adjacent to mine up to 02.30am and only ceased after 3no complaints to reception!

Overall the stay was clean, peaceful and comfy. - Wireless internet is SUPER FRUSTRATING. Initial connect is cumbersome and hard. Then it drops, then if you connect again it will become stable for a while. - When I was checking out, the front desk told me I have to pay one extra day. I asked why he said something like "retaining..."??. Then he checked with his manager and told me "mistake". Did not even say sorry.

A welcome Change for a American Business Traveler
A welcome Change for a American Business Traveler Let me start by saying I normal stay at the Well Known Global Hotel Chains. I selected this hotel because the one I normal stay was sold out. After careful review of other customers I selected the Mosaic. I am glad I did. The staff was more than helpful, courteous and attentive. My room was a standard 2 twin bed room. (My choice) My room was tastefully decorated and updated. The energy efficient room requires the room key for the Air condition and power so there will be a slight humid feel and smell but that’s to be expected from any energy efficient room in the region. My bathroom was clean and the couch seating was very comfortable. The daily free water bottles were a welcome convenience. The onsite restaurant was wonderful the chef made cook to order omelet and evening dinner and wine were just what I need to unwind after a long day at the office. Once I got the hang of disconnecting and connecting from the hotel WiFi even the one device connected at time was bearable. To sum it all up, I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

as good as it gets in this part of town
having stayed in multiple hotels in this area, i think this may well be the only decent business hotel at decent rates. good food. great spread for breakfast - even for vegetarian. hotel located right next to metro station. so location should really work for most purposes.

i stayed in mosaic for a night as i came to watch a live concert nearby and decided to stay there overnight...i checked out the following day and went back to delhi but couldnt get the hotel out of my mind..i booked it again for 6 more days enjoying the vibe of the rooms, restaurant, gym...u name it..from the security to all indoor staff, all just so helpful and makes u feel at home not forgetting the lovely breakfast..cheerz guys..u guys are great...
