Showed up to the property and had no room ready for check in. No idea of when the room would be ready. Front desk staff incredibly rude to myself and other guests checking in. Front desk “Gwen” kept stating well it’s not our fault we had 60 check outs last night. Went ahead and cancelled reservations and went elsewhere.
Excellent newly renovated rooms. Bathrooms are a little tight but thats the only draw back. Large pool and bar facilities are a huge boon. Room balconies facing the beach are breathtaking. Minor construction still happening due to the hurricane damage but other than that utter perfection.
This hotel took a beating from a hurricane in 2022, but they have really built it back up nicely. There’s still some work to do, but overall they have done a nice job. The private beach entrance is awesome. They had a dj poolside on Saturday, which was super cool. The tiki bar outside is very cool, and every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has been remodeled and information was provided prior to the stay around the limitations of the hotel overall. When I arrived most of the items from the email seemed in working order and the room was clean and nice. The balconies are situated on an angle so my ocean view was only a partial ocean view. The air conditioning in the room worked well to keep the air temp comfortable but there was so much humidity in the room that everything felt wet; including the bedding and the floors both carpeted and tiled. There was a portable dehumidifier in the room as well but it did not appear to be beneficial from what I could tell. Also, there were two spiders in my room. One was pretty big and thankfully scurried out on to the patio when I opened the door. Beyond that I did not take advantage of the pool area or on site restaurant. I mainly only slept in my room and was not on the property any other time during my stay.

They wanted to charge me $50 dollars for getting there an hour early and the room was ready. If the room so already ready and it's not an inconvenience to the staff and i already paid for the day why not let us check in.
Unfortunately we had to request a refund. But Expedia took care of us.

I did not say the property.I cannot Check-in until 5 PM I just came from a 13 hour flight.I had a room that I had to push the door open like I was swat team and I cut my toe very deep from the door on top of that. They put me right in the middle of the pool, where all the people were without music that did not shut off until 10 PM I had left the room within 30 minubecause I was so aggravated. They could not give me a no room because they told me that they were sold out. Please someone get back with me for a credit. I did not stay there that night. And I've been trying to get ahold of somebody but it. Having a hard time in my phone was dead.

Overall the room as in good shape and I had a good stay. Only issue is the doors between adjoining rooms have no seal and I could hear everything going on in the next room. Plus the AC in the room is extremely loud
They seem to be doing renovations so the room and bathroom looked relatively new. The outside of the building had a dumpster that was full and there was some junk around where you would enter the beach by the pool. So overall it was ok to good. The front desk person was by herself and the hotel was fully booked, she did the best she could. We ate in the tiki bar, the staff were fine, had pizza, it was average. Went for a long walk on the beach which was very nice gor walking.
Excellent stay!! Have been eye-balling this hotel for years, finally made it to Daytona Bch. Was very worried after booking when I recvd an auto-notice from BW that there was no beach access among other things. That is old info. While this hotel is undergoing major renovation, it did not affect our stay. Hallways/corridors were freshly redone and beautiful. Room was great. Balcony was a must and those on south wal all shsre great view of both pool and ocean. Path to ocean is open and new sidewalk/rinse shower were being installed while there. Only maintenance still needing to he done (that I could detect) was new sod need in green spaces and shuffleboard/cornhole needed an overhaul. Otherwise, fantastic.
Our stay was amazing, everyone at the front desk was great! We got moved to an oceanfront room upon arrival that was beyond amazing. Room was great, being so close to the beach was awesome, kids had a blast. It was nice being a little more south of the boardwalk definitely a little more quiet which was nice. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place or its staff. Would definitely stay again/recommend.
Renovations nearly complete, was placed in a new room. Very clean, everything worked as it should (cable, wifi, fridge, plumbing). No issues, excellent experience.
Check in took a long time.Was told I paid thru Expedia. Later was told it wasn't paid.

Very nice, hotel staff friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant food was excellent and fish was fresh. Oceanfront room with balcony was spacious and awesome view. Highly recommend this hotel will definitely be back.

The hotel itself was in prime location and the front dusk gave us free drink coupons for happy hour each day during our stay, which was cool.
The construction made our stay a little bit more difficult even though we were well aware of it before we got there.
All in all, would stay there again maybe after the construction is done though.
Check in was super easy and the woman at the front desk (I failed to remember her name) was very kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. All of the maintenance crew was constantly cleaning and updating things but made sure to greet us when we would walk by.
The pool was nice but a bit cold for a heated pool. They also did not keep up on pool towels so getting out was very uncomfortable if you didn't bring a towel.
We ordered food one afternoon and it was a bit pricey and the steak and cheese was terrible. It was inedible! The tiki bar was opened the last 3 days of our 4 day stay but we did not go there. I did enjoy the music from the tiki bar and around the pool.
The room was pretty clean. We did see a giant bug in our bathroom but I'm pretty sure it came from outdoors.
Overall we had a nice vacation at a great value. The happy hour tickets with 2 free drinks daily were a nice surprise and our kids had an awesome time.
The property was beautifully renovated and convenient to stay at. Our room had a personal balcony that looked over the pool and out to the ocean. Well worth the price. Kristy, who worked the front desk durinf check in, was fantastic. Highly recommend and will be returning.

The check in was a little behind as we arrived 30 minutes late the room wasn’t ready. It’s was ready an hour late and the room wasn’t completely ready yet because the bedsheets and pillows were not make up on the other side of the room. The also gave us drink tickets that we could use. The bar tender said that the special was over when we got to the bar. The place looked clean and had a nice view though.
