"While we arrived late to find that the Marriott had overbooked and not longer had a room for us even though it was prepaid they did give us comparable room at the Sheraton which is also in the airport and around the corner from the Marriott. Additionally, we were given access to the lounge and provided a complimentary buffet breakfast which were both great. Staff throughout were very helpful and friendly. While it was a short stay before our morning flight it was wonderful and would stay here again if ever back in Frankfurt."

"The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. although it was a busy night in the lobby, we were taken care seamlessly and fast. The hallway light was dim while to step out of elevator, but it soon lighted up and the room key take control of the room electricity as well, so that I would consider the hotel is doing great in saving energy. The cleanness of the room is perfectly clean and comfy. all kitchen supplies and appliance were in great condition, they looked new actually. "
