"There didn’t seem to be enough parking. Also, workers on the outside of the building were drilling very early in the morning. Loud traffic noise tru the night. Older facility but you are in a historical area."

"The property was extremely clean and had all the necessary items for a short/long term stay. The location is in walking distance to the Design District and also Target, Marshalls etc. Will definitely return to Nomada Residences. "

"Check in would have been seamless except the building number provided was wrong. Luckily my DIL lives there and helped get us to the right place. To be fair I did not reach out to the property management for assistance. The apartment was very clean and instructions for the stay were very clear. There were no wash rags in the apartment if you use those to bathe. We stayed 3 nights and the last two nights there was a lot of noise from a large group staying near the property. "Location is Everything beautiful and scenic..The space you get is also worth it. Customer service was helpful when needed to address aesthetic issues... Convenient location to everything no more that 8-15 min drive to store or Beaches no more than 30min drive... If Everytime I visit my daughter in FL if this location available I will always choose here 1st..."
