Loved the place! Brought my wife and twins for a school and house hunting trip as we are moving to florida. Loved the pool, place was great and modern. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!

Brown drinking water and bath as well. This is not a Hotel and 30 min to beach due to heavy traffic. Location is grate and many food options. If you have large group it's worth it. Easy on and off to highways.

We enjoyed our stay. We came to stay nearby family and it was the perfect location to everything. Airport, beaches, restaurants, etc Place was clean. We didn't utilize the pool or other facilities to review. Communication was good with the agency we booked with. We will stay again. One note - bring your own water and ice. The water is a bit yellow.

Very clean and comfortable stay. It was close to the event we attended at NOVA. The kitchen was fully stocked so that was helpful and there were thoughtful items like makeup remover and bottles of water for us. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there were a lot of mosquitoes. This was not the owners fault but we had to kill a few even inside.

Very spacious apartment. We had the 3 bedroom. Easy access to pool and fitness facilities across the street. Only recommendation would be black out curtains for bedrooms facing the street as cars driving by illuminated the room while trying to sleep. Some minor repairs needed: patio door screen not closing properly and a badly leaking faucet.

Loved the Apt. close to so much, very homey. Great close parking felt safe . No light bulb in bedside table, top of blinds was falling off. While using toilet you saw under soap holder & was filthy. Asked if hairdryers in both bathrooms , told yes but only one to share instead. . But all in all I would definitely recommend as those are small fixable things.

The property itself is nice and clean, the windows won’t lock I know it’s an old building but been in a first floor anybody can easily access the property using the windows. We stood there for two nights the first night was good and quiet not sure what happened the second night but the power keep going on and off all night making the night pretty hot and uncomfortable. Not sure if the whole building have the same problem or it was just this unit bc I see lights on the hallways and parking lot. Overall it’s a nice place

Clean and comfortable

Check in would have been seamless except the building number provided was wrong. Luckily my DIL lives there and helped get us to the right place. To be fair I did not reach out to the property management for assistance. The apartment was very clean and instructions for the stay were very clear. There were no wash rags in the apartment if you use those to bathe. We stayed 3 nights and the last two nights there was a lot of noise from a large group staying near the property. Across the hall from us there was trash sitting out on top of the trash receptacle benches for our whole stay. When we went to put our trash in ours to leave there was loose trash inside ours that we did not put in there. We chose to bag it up because there is a $200 fee if you don’t dispose of your trash properly. Pool passes were provided and we took full advantage. Would definitely stay here again.

We are family of 5 and stayed 8 days. Overall happy with the clean, comfortable and well stocked apartment. They had almost everything you need. We had to buy masher for the mashed potatoes, more paper towels and bbq brush and tongs. They had laundry detergents which weren’t enough and didn’t get more when asked for. But they had dishwasher soap and nice size shampoo and conditioners and even makeup remover wipes which was a nice surprise. Their pool towels were very small so we used regular towels which they had extra. Plenty of extra sheets and pillows. Walking distance to the pool which was very nice and not a lot of people (guess because they have 2 more pools spread around). Shower head in the master bedroom didn’t have enough pressure and stayed the same even after they came to fix it. We ended up taking out the water saving valve which helped. Our view from the balcony was the tennis court which wasn’t great but overall very happy with the stay for the price we paid and recommend it.

Recent trip in March 2024 for 5 nights, 6 days. We were in building two on the back end, so our view was of the park. Was nice and quiet. We were lucky and got the top floor. Nice big balcony. Room was clean and spacious, especially since we were only two. It doesn't say in the listing but there is air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Never felt hot. Parking was so easy and we really appreciated that we always had parking. Small minor things but weren't deal breakers: the bathroom lighting in one of them was really dim, and the shower pressure in both was quite low. I didn't feel comfortable drinking the tap water so we bought bottle jugs and bags of ice. The couch was really used and the cushions were worn out, but was manageable for the two of us. There's a bench with storage underneath outside the room where you can put garbage daily. Kitchen was equipped with basic pots, pans and utensils. The pool was across the street where the main rental reception is. Was always empty and open all day, but it's not heated. The sun helped keep us warm though. Was super peaceful and calm. Would definitely stay again
