The only thing was completely out of their hands were my room wasn't ready at check in until 4pm. As we had storms with many DFW residents without power. So the place was booked every day and night. The rooftop bar had a private party going on, so we didn't get to the rooftop lounge area for pics. Overall loved it. The breakfast sucked, uncooked bacon and egg whites a ZERO.

Whenever I came into my hotel room I saw my name on the tv screen and it was so heart warming and welcoming ! And outstanding customer service ! I had an issue with my sheets and they took care of everything !!! I will definitely be back for another stay ! It was amazing !

I did not like the parking was $35 and I was left with my keys to get my own car. I thought the 45 was for VALET. And the front seat was not clear on breakfast times so we missed it by 10 minutes. Which was mostly why I chose the hotel. The coffee was old and there was NO CREAMER in the containers so that was not helpful either. Only one elevator was working so there was a bunch of people waiting and it took sooo long each time I left the room.

Very clean. No parking other than valet parking which is $35/night. Homeless across the street under the bridge but the hotel takes many safety precautions which was very nice.
