The hotel smelled weird and needed updating. The pool was dirty and had a patio chair at the bottom of it. Found roaches in our room at 10 PM so had to wake my kids up and go down to speak with the front desk. I asked to check out, but they asked me to move to another room. I inspected the other room very closely and it seemed ok. I appreciated the way the front desk agent handled the situation, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was dirty. Dirt on comforter and pillow. Tub was peeling. No sheets, comforter, pillows for pull out. Provided only two towels for 4 people and was told they have none. One person working only. Pool/hot tubs need to be cleaned. Bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty there was food trash inside the nightstand drawer. Looks like they just spot clean carpet stains it looked like a motel room.
