I went the weekend of Good Friday. Not a good idea since there were too many kids. We didn’t even get to use the pool 🙄 but overall it’s a nice place.

A pesar de que no está en el centro turístico de Cuenca está en una ubiación conveniente si se moviliza en transporte propio. Tiene conexión directa al Mall del Río. Al otro lado de la carretera se encuentra el Mirador del Turi. Y está a 15 minutos del centro y otros lugares turísticos de Cuenca.

What a great stay while in Cuenca...only 15 minutes from the central area and staff and property were very professional. The food in the dining room was top notch. I would definitely return.

The staff was very attentive, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet delicious. Estefania Ortiz and everyone in the hotel were always very attentive to all our needs. I would definitely cone back and recommend this hotel. The taxi costs 3 dls to the center of the City and the mall is very close which is very convenient

Although we only stayed one night this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, amenities and location were great. We wanted to stayed at a hotel closer to Cajas and Turi and this was the best option. We loved the pool which has an overview of the city of Cuenca. Breakfast (buffet) was included and it had many different options. Next time I come to Cuenca, I’m definitely coming back here.

ℹ enjoyed the great city views, and the mountains views as well since I had both. Very easy and convenient access to the Shopping Mall. The staff was friendly and helpful and very polite. The only thing Mondays the swimming pool was closed and if I knew in advance I would not have booked the rooms on those days other than that everything was excellent and I had an great staying with my family. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall a great stay! Restaurant is fabulous from breakfast through dinner. Rooms are big and comfortable and overall had a great time staying at this hotel and awesome time in and around Cuenca!
