Good but could be better
Everything was ok but the cleaning of the toilet could be better, was not nice taking shower there. The breakfast was quite nice!!

Gorgeous Garden with a Hotel
Gorgeous grounds and very nice service with an excellent breakfast. Room is spacious and a very comfortable sofa. Hotel just doesn't live up to the grounds as the room is comfortable though perhaps a tad dated. Bathroom leaves a little to be desired and little things like giving the code for internet on arriving (we arrived so late we didn't bother to ask afterwards) and having nicer soap and shampoo for shower would make stay better.

Excellent service but a little bit pricey
Excellent service, clean hotel and nice gardens. Standard suite is really small for the price and it is next to a way/hall so try to avoid it. This hotel works if you are going to stay most of the time there and use the amenities otherwise is just a little bit expensive.

Dista mucho para que se considere HOTEL BOUTIQUE. Falta de mantenimiento en general en el hotel. Falta un espacio de restaurante. Requieren mejorar el servicio de recepción y restaurante. Alimentos...apenas buenos. Y varias oportunidades de mejora!!

Reservamos un tipo de habitación pero al llegar nos informaron que no estaba disponible, la situación nos generó molestia ya que habíamos pagado por algo. Aunque no nos pudieron reubicar porque el hotel estaba lleno, la atención y el interés por resolver la situación, fue bastante bueno y se agradece. nos hicieron una bonificación y realmente fue grata esa atención. Nos hospedamos ahí ya que asistimos a un evento, así que no estuvimos realmente mucho tiempo en el hotel, sin embargo fue una agradable estancia. La habitación amplia, cómoda, iluminada y limpia. El baño también de buen tamaño y cómodo. El personal del hotel y restaurante muy atento.

La habitación limpia, los jardines y la alberca muy cuidados, muy buena atención del personal, es un lugar tranquilo; mis hijos se la pasaron increíble en las canchas de básquet y en la alberca.

Me gusto mucho las instalaciones, los jardines, la atención del personal, las amenidades, el cuarto es algo pequeño pero funcional para lo que se requiere. Mis hijos se la pasaron muy bien. Solo deberían limpiar los juegos

Carísimo para ser un hotel viejo. Falta actualización de instalaciones. A las 7:00 de la mañana el personal comienza a hacer mucho ruido y no dejan dormir. Tenían snacks caducos.

El hotel no tiene ningún anuncio fuera, tienes que timbrar y me tuvieron 15 minutos afuera parado sobre un hormiguero mientras buscaban mi reservacion. La recepcionista sale a las 8pm y no hay mas. Y entra a las 9, tenia que salir 7am. El precio que pague es 500 pesos mas caro que el anunciado. Caro y Malo
