"We had an overnight stay here which was very convenient for seeing a concert at Utilita Arena in Cardiff. The check in was very fast. The manager was very friendly and helpful by carrying our luggage to our room. The room is clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was very good and served piping hot. "We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. "
