"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

"The hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay. I’ll add some pros and cons to help someone reading the reviews decide for themselves. Pros: •Good location, about 10 min walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. •Nice and helpful staff. •Good facilities and pool area. •Good entertainment at the poolside during the day (we didn’t check out the evening programme). •Our 8 y.o. loved the games room. •Towels changed every day, beds made every day, sand from the beach hoovered every day. •Good...
