Helpful staff and even a free drink when we arrived 2 hours before official check in and our room was still being serviced. What is not to like? "This property is in the center of Cadiz. Room is small but good for short stay if you like to be close to the vibe of the city. The downside of this that hard to get a sleep as restaurants opens at 8pm and 4am by the time everything starts to calm down."

They also offer lockers for your luggage if you’re checked out and want to wander around more in Cádiz. It’s such a perfect location in the old town and the staff were so friendly and helpful. "We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour."
