Prancing Horse Estates~Private and Gated 10 acre retreat with pool, spa, & creek

Welcome to Prancing Horse Estates! This happy sunny guest home is located on 10 private, gated acres close to The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Houston. You’ll love it if you like elegant open indoor style combined with beautiful outdoor space. Acreage-4 meadow and 6 wooded with 2 paths to the creek - with lovely space outdoors incl BBQ, pool, waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, seating/dining for 20. Note up to 6 guests are included in the room rate, additonal day visitors or overnight guests are $35 per person per night (up to 16 max). The home is 1 story, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining area, and family room. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 2 PAC n play and 1 toddler bed available, as well as air mattresses upon request.

We can assist with car rental, restaurant reservations, almost any request. We live in the main villa on the acreage.

Check in is after 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. A valid photo ID is required via text PRIOR to arrival. All guests must be registered and paid for two days in advance, including any visitors. We provide a 10% active military and police / fireman discount (ID req). We also provide a 20% repeat 5 star guest discount~we love our repeat guests!

Phenomenal Home Our fresh organic daily egg basket and welcoming feel of family my family received from Kelly and mom was nothing short of AMAZING! This home was warm and loving from the the front door to the pool area overlooking spacious views with families of deers, squirrels, and the most greenest grass ever. I was greeted on the back gate with a cardinal immediately on day one which comforted me. IYKYK! (Moms Blessings) A hidden gem is what this property is! ❤️🙏 We will definitely make this the one of our homes away from home getaway.

Absolutely Perfect!
I read it to space to host a graduation party for my daughter. Kelly is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and even helped during our event. We used Prancing Horse Estates for a staff retreat and couldn't have been more pleased! The house was spotless and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. I was texted several times to ask if there was anything we needed. We spent a lot of meeting time outside in the pool and hot tub, which was fabulous. Even though we used it for our staff, it would make a fabulous vacation spot for a family. And the special touch was the complimentary bottle of wine, fresh farm eggs and honey! We'll definitely be going back!!

Amazing property with such lovely hosts
We had such an amazing time at Kelly's property. The house had absolutely everything we could need including an abundance of toys for my 3 year old and even things for my 5 month old. They even had golf clubs for my husband and father to enjoy a round of golf at a nearby golf course. Kelly was an exceptional host, from bringing us fresh eggs in the morning, & letting my son pet some chickens to giving us some great BBQ recommendations. The only issues we had we some minor communication problems. When we arrived we weren't yet given the gate code and had to wait a short amount of time until we could get in contact with Kelly and get the code. Another communication issue we had was one night trying to use the hot tub. It is controlled by Kelly and requires us to ask for it to be turned on (and off). And on this particular night Kelly was unreachable. However, the next morning a very apologetic Kelly made up for it with some mimosas. Again these were very minor issues in the grand scheme of things and didn't taint our view on how lovely this house, property and host are. If were ever back in the Houston area we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you Kelly!

This property was the perfect place for us to host an engagement celebration. The home and surrounding property were both beautiful and functional. Amazing Stay!
The house is full of fun inside and outside! Everything is spectacular! Kids to elder, all of us had fun! We all loved the environment. Cleanliness is 10/10. Safe place to bring the whole family.
