"When we arrived in our room it was extremely hot (about 80 degrees). We turned down the AC, closed the curtains and went for dinner. When we returned the room was still hot, called front desk who immediately sent an engineer to fix the problem. Our room cooled down immediately. Appreciate the fast reply and repair."
