"Very quiet, clean, polite staff. Close to Disney and just far enough deom the hustle and bustle of a major road. Highly recommended for that price point."

"The property is conveniently located within about a 30 minute drive to Disney. It’s located on a very busy road, but I didn’t really notice the traffic noise from my room. They do offer a free Continental breakfast in the lobby area, which is a good thing, because there was not a coffee maker in the room. The property does look a little run down and it could use a little sprucing up, but I would stay here again."

"Unable to stay a second day. Family did not feel safe with the storm coming. Accomodations are simply a single wide mobile home. Could not even check out, because the owners had left ahead of the hurricane. Looking for a refund to my credit card. Also had an extra unexplained charge for $93."

"We just needed a safe place to sleep. We knew we wouldn't arrive until midnight and would be leaving by 7am, so we didn't need a lot of luxury. The sheets were old and thin and the shower didn't have the hottest weather but the staff was great and the neighborhood is safe. I hope to stay here again next year when I travel to that area for a race"
