"It was a group of 4 of us for my birthday. I wanted a place secluded from people and this was 100% the place! It literally had everything we needed all in one spot. Water, fishing, fire, hot tub, beautiful view, bird watching. We were lucky to not have anyone staying in the cabin directly next to the one we chose. I think that’s the only downfall with this place is that there is one other cabin only feet away from the one we stayed at. I also would have preferred two queen beds instead of one...

"This is a terrific place for any family. Arrived to a very clean, inviting home. Tons of room, amazing screened in porch that surrounds two sides, So quiet and relaxing. The two of us stayed for 4 nights. Our son and daughter in law and granddaughter came and spent a day with us. Great gas grill for barbeque, big fire ring with lots of wood, great game room in finished basement with foosball, air hockey and pool table. Lots of board games and books too. "My husband and I wanted to have a few days to ourselves. We love the area of Berkley Springs, so this was perfect for us. Relaxing in the hot tub, quiet neighborhood, walking the town and hiking in Cacapon State Park fit our agenda perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and comfy beds. Communication was excellent, especially when the power went out! It was only for a few hours, that is when we walked the town. Pet friendly was icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful get away"

"my favorite “cabin in the woods” experience to date. everything was exactly as pictured/described — it had all the conveniences, luxuries, amenities, etc. you could ask for, for any length of stay. you can tell it was very thoughtfully designed and put together. "We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub. "A great little cabin in a secluded spot. Exactly what we were looking for in our stay. It is in the woods so be prepared for that experience. Enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen was stocked well for the little bit of cooking we did, and our dogs Tucker and Toby loved laying on the deck watching for any wildlife, which we did have deer and turkeys on the property during our stay. A great place for privacy and getting away from reality for awhile!"
