The property is strategically located directly across from the Medical office and the American Consulate. If you tire of being inside there is a large and modern mall next door to walk off a meal. The staff is friendly and helpful and even seem eager to help. For convenience they have a van for drop off and pickup at the Airport. They offer free continental breakfast that's filling if not extensive. The rooms are very small as is the bathroom, but both were kept very clean by housekeeping. I have stayed here before and would highly recommend it.

Estuve un total de 10 días. Pagué $1,006 Dollares y valió cada centavo. Me sentí segura, que era mi primera prioridad. El personal fue muy agradable y profesional. Mi parte favorita fue el desayuno. Todos fueron muy amables. El servicio de limpieza mantuvo mi habitación muy limpia, no tengo quejas. Recomiendo este lugar. Especialmente para personas como yo que vienen a una cita en el consulado, todo está cerca, lo cual fue muy conveniente.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If guests needed help with obtaining missing documents, the staff provided ways to help them obtain what they needed. The hotel was welcoming and provided an environment for guests to interact with one another and build a small community within. This helped with feeling safe and secure. It was very closed to all the places we needed to go. The only thing I would complain is getting a knock at 8a just to check if there is someone in the room. They could have better TV channel options for what is being paid. But overall good stay.

Our stay was truly great, Italia was amazing checking us in and proving amazing tips. However , front desk staff Esmeralda is extremely rude! Speaks so negative and makes direct comments about clients staying in the hotel , especially during breakfast hours. We was informed we would be provided transportation to our next location by the driver, when kindly asking her when the driver would arrive she stated 3 pm , it was 1pm when asked and another staff member shook his head and asked us to wait on the side and made a few calls and helped us out! Truly appreciated the staff member going out his way, I would expect that from front desk but she had a horrible attitude . Possible switch jobs if you can’t handle customer service.

Stay was good, staff friendly and very helpful. Only downside is they do not reimburse you if you stay for less days than what you originally booked for. In our case our visa got approved before the expected check out date so we lost the money for 4 days we didn’t stay.

Good for business trip, a couple of ooprtunities.
Just two comments. The wi fi quality is really low, I hasn't able to connect my computer with the wi fi inside my room, I needed to go to the lobby to do it. And the bed wasn't comfortable at all, the mattress was too hard.

I had a really pleasant stay at city express jr. CDJ. Everyone that works there is helpful and polite. Their cleanliness is outstanding. You will always see someone cleaning the common areas.
