"15 minute taxi ride from the train station, not 15 minute walk. Instructions for use of appliances and heating system not satisfactory. yes there’s a hairdryer, but it can’t be used in the bathroom because it doesn’t fit the outlet. washing machine tries to take flight as you use it. difficult to open and close the washer door. Internet is only a little more than a suggestion."

"Our stay at Casamaggiore was perfect. The property was traditionally and simply styled, well supplied and met all our needs. The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region. "The property and location are amazing. I travelled across Italy for 2 weeks and this was my most favorite part of the trip! BEAUTIFUL area and great location. Very peaceful and private. "Pour nos premières vacances en Italie nous cherchions un lieu tranquille loin de l'agitation des grandes villes. Petrella Guidi est l'endroit idéal. Le village est magnifique et le gîte exceptionnel, surtout la salle de bain. Les chambres étant à l'étage inférieur, la température était de maximum 25C°, alors qu'à l'extérieur il faisait 40C°. On aurait apprécié : - des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres - quelques ustenciles qui manquaients dans la cuisine - un micro-ondes - un ventilateur...

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible.
