This was absolutely one of our best stays ever, and we have traveled a lot. If you love history, this place is definitely for you. Stefano has done the world a huge favor by reclaiming this place and restoring it to its former grandeur. Also if he is available, we strongly recommend to ask Stefano for the cooking class. We will never forget this night and now we know how to make ravioli from scratch and tiramisu!! Now we just need the big board and rolling pin. Thank you Stefano

Ultimate combination of comfort, style, history and super host! This was our second stay with Stefano and it was brilliant. So peaceful and cozy. The patio offers a relaxing oasis and the food was a true highlight of our vacation. Please book extra days to truly enjoy your experience. The city has lots to offer and is great for kids with a beautiful park nearby.Next time I hope to stay at least a week and do some cooking classes with Stefano. Molto gratzie for hosting us again and we hope to see you again soon!

We had a magnificent stay in Arezzo with Stefano. He was a very gracious and helpful host picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We also did a cooking class in the house and a day tour with him that were both really fun and fantastic for seeing more authentic sights in Tuscany. The property was exactly as described in a great location downtown, very easy walking distance to many local sights, shops, and a park. We had two young kids with us and they were also very comfortable with plenty of space in the house. Will be dreaming of this place for a long time!

Where to begin?! Stefano has created a truly magical apartment full of historical character and comfort. His attention to detail for his guests goes above and beyond. He shared restaurant recommendations which were wonderful. Be sure to ask him to share his story of bringing the space to life, it’s fascinating! Although we didn’t have a chance to take advantage of it, he also offers cooking classes for guests. There is a lovely terrace garden guests can access for quiet moments. His charming dog Spritz is sweet and joined us in the garden. If you want a one of a kind space to enjoy while in Arezzo, then look no further!

Beautiful Tuscan Stay!

Centrally located. One hour from all the great Tuscan towns, absolutely beautiful apartment and grounds! This is our second time here and we have loved it both times! Hope to return again!

Beautiful stay

This place had it all - fabulous location, incredible ambience and the most amiable host you can imagine. It immediately felt like home. We spent two glorious weeks there enjoying an amazing city, beautiful nearby small towns and Stefano’s custom brand of hospitality. This is his passion and it shows. There are a lot of beautiful places in Tuscany but only a few special ones. This is one of those places.

The perfect stay!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic apartment in Arezzo. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—every detail showed care and attention. Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was his sweet dog, Spritz, who quickly became a favorite playmate for our toddler. The charm of the apartment, combined with the warmth of the host and his furry companion, made our time in Arezzo truly special. Highly recommended!

The highlight of our travels in Tuscany

A wonderful property and a friendly and attentive host; we stayed three nights. The location is excellent: close to free parking just outside the city walls and just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. This is an historic property, lovingly restored, with a decorator's eye. Surpassed our expectations; highly recommended.

Stefano our host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating for all of us! He provided a wonderful wine tour of the area and cooking class with dinner. Only concern was sooo much food! We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful palazzo in Arezzo. When we stepped through the door we felt as though we had been transported back in time. Its proximity to the beautiful city was perfect. Stefano was so kind and our kids loved the periodic with the cute puppy Spritz. We can’t wait to plan another visit back!

Incredible stay

Groups of 3 friends stayed at this incredible apartment for a week to explore Tuscany. The place is just as charming as the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. But the best part is the host Stefano (and Spritz of course), who was happy to provide help with our planning, car rental, restaurant reservations, etc. above and beyond any other host I have experienced. Our train was cancelled on departure and he dropped everything to drive us to Florence. Thank you Stefano for a lovely Tuscany experience. All the best, Linda

Fabulous Place!

I can’t say enough good things about this home! The old mixed with modern is stunning. Stefano is an incredible host. He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. If we’re ever in the Tuscany region again, this is where we will stay.

Enjoyable visit to Arezzo

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arezzo. It's a lovely city - has places to visit, is very walkable, and has great food. In fact, there's a fabulous pastry shop across the street from the house. Stefano provided wonderful suggestions on less touristy places to visit. This charming home is a great central location for day trips - by car or train. The cooking class with Stefano and his son provided a fun-filled evening for everyone. We hope to return one day.

Our first two weeks in Arezzo and certainly this property exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal and special thanks to our host Stefano who welcomed us with open arms.
