"Great location just a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and shopping. Quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast options are generous. Gym has minimal equipment and didn’t have any towels or water. Rooms could use some updating but they are spacious with comfy bed and quiet. "

They went out of their way to make our son feel special and went above and beyond when it turned out we’d booked the wrong room through Expedia - upgrading us as soon as possible.
