While the room and facilities were very nice, it is the staff that really put this hotel above and beyond. Whether help with directions, best places to eat or even travel logistics to the airport or from the cruise port, they were very helpful and extremely accurate. "The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into.
