1st day room had bad odor. Floor smelled like someone moped floor w dirty old water, floor sticky. Dirty towels, no bar soap, filty air conditioner, filty pressing iron. Complained 2 front desk all she brought 2 my room was new towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. She front desk lady sent someone 2 my room to clean my floor, all he brought was a bath towel and a empty bottle cleanser and he told me that they was out of cleaning supplies and he couldn't clean my floor.He told me to ask front desk for a discount. I went 2 front desk and she called her manager by phone and she told me he said he the only one who can give a discount 2 a customer and that he would be arriving there 2 next morning. She said manager name is ahmed. Next day i checked out as a dissatisfied customer. I want my money back for this hotel. I have some pics 2 share w/ u.

Its in a decent area, close to a lot of good restaurants. Walking distance from target and walgreens also and pretty quiet. But, only got a half roll of toilet paper and 2 towels. When we asked front desk for extras, they never brought them to us when they said they would, we had to go pick them up. Asked for a plunger 2 or 3 times and it was never given to us until more than 3 or 4 times asking. Room was very clean due to renovations, no cable at all. Good microwave and fridge.

They stated that there was a shuttle from the airport but did not state that they needed to be contacted for a ride. Other hotels showed up on a regular basis so I figured they would as well. I eventually contacted the hotel and one arrived twenty minutes later. It was quite old with torn seats and made a beeping sound the entire ride to the hotel. The door to the room seemed unsafe but locked it didn't pose any problems through the the night. The room was subpar. The rug needed vacuuming there was something black under the mat in tub. And dirt on the top sheet. All in all, I won't repeat this stay, however if you're looking for a place to sleep for one night it will suffice. The area is not the best, however i never felt unsafe in the room. I'm glad my sister showed up and stayed which definitely relieved some anxiety. The staff was excellent.

Someone's hair was in the tub, bed mattress and pillow covers. Someone's greasy fingerprints were everywhere. It was NOT cleaned. So gross. And there was a weird fresh stain on the corner of the bedsheet. When we asked the receptionist for at least a new bedsheet since it was clearly wasn't cleaned, she didn't speak English and couldn't understand us. Blood stain on the walls and curtains. Incredibly dirty and disgusting.
