"The home was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed the firepit. We absolutely loved that we were centrally located to everything! Ruby Falls and Rock City were the farthest and that was only 15 minutes! Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a great weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is amazing with a huge flat field, creek, bench. My family and dogs enjoyed running around the field. I did not go with them, but enjoyed watching. I have severe arthritis and 2 knee replacements. There are just a few steps to get into the home. The masterbed is comfortable. While I did not use the master tub, it does look like it would be easy to get in and out of with its half step. Joe responded to our only issue...

"We are planning to book again, probably January. The house is spotless clean, has everything you need, well stocked kitchen. I should probably note the pans are all Teflon. Nice laundry room. We loved the rooster that lives a few doors down. Neighborhood in not scenic , but it is quiet, and safe. Victor is very responsive and nice to work with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ host. Our only (minor) complaints are: no grab bars in the shower and no hand rails for the steps. We are women of a certain age. So this...

"My husband and I (and our dog) enjoyed a long weekend getaway at this property. It was the perfect place to escape from the hustle of Nashville and reconnect with nature. From morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river, to dips in the hot tub, to evening snuggles in front of the fire while watching movies, this home allowed us to enjoy an absolutely amazing weekend. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back."

"The cabin was just like the pictures. Very clean and well furnished. I gave it 4 stars because it needs a new dishwasher. The one in there does not clean and food was in the bottom making it smell like rotten broccolli. Did not have a dish rag or dish drainer. Not a huge deal as we were not strangers to doing dishes by hand. The hit tub was very enjoyable as well as the fire pit. I would recommend this property for friends or a family."
