Nice place generally to stay. Walls are thin I was next to a loud family in a different room. They simply wouldn’t quiet down so the nice staff moved my room to another room on the property which was quiet.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were very friendly and check in/check out was quick and easy. It is very close to UVA so I'd recommend staying here if you want to visit the school. It was fairly close to downtown and there are a couple of shopping centers nearby. The wifi was not good and those who had trash but did not want their rooms clean would put the trash outside the door however housekeeping would never take the trash so it would be sitting for days.

We had a terrible experience. The staff were all very polite but when we checked in there was a sign that noted they were shutting off the water from 9pm to 5am but assured us that it would more than likely be back on by midnight. At midnight the fire alarm went off, the maintenance workers broke a sprinkler head in the hallway next to our room and water was going down the hallway down to our room. We ended up leaving there and getting a new hotel room.
