"It's getting old and run down. It's in desperate need of an upgrade. It's ok if you just want a place to sleep but they don't even have breakfast at the moment."

"Well it was a great stay the room was clean but the carpet in hall could use attention but it was ok. I would highly suggest they get better wifi service because it sucked couldn't log on and it kept buffering and kicking me off. All that aside i have stayed this hotel everytime i come to Charlotte so these minor hiccups won't stop me from staying again. We had a wonderful family weekend trip"
