Staff is so bad , they have no manners also food is so bad
We order berianie it is cold and told them and took it back and warm and send again same
Also lit bit late for breakfast ask them to bring coffee and they are so rode
I will never stay this hotel and also tell my friends same

The property location is nice - feels the hotel is not well maintained with respect to the amenities. The hotel area is huge and can be smartly utilized- staff needs to hone their social skills, food is overpriced, variety and quality below average, no kids menu. The property should offer opulence and services for the price it is asking!

It was a bad experience at breakfast .. there was no cordination of staff .. the live egg station was being operated by a manner less and obnoxious lady … even after 40 minutes she did not serve my order & I had to leave. The GM was not available . Horrible

It was not a five star kind of feeling , no gym , spa was available, average breakfast and in your website it’s nothing mentioned that not open due to covid, so if you pay this much and don’t get any amenities then it’s a kind of overcharged.

This is an amazing property. I stayed here with my family and we really had a good time. One thing I would like to add was the service at the breakfast buffet was a bit mismanaged. Also the some improvements could be made on cleanliness as the rugs/ carpets in lobby area were full of dust. Overall it was a great experience.
This is a clean hotel. The lobby is excellent, the staff is very good and respectful.
The food was very good but expensive. Prices should not be high compare to other, 5 star hotels.
Room views, staff service and food was awesome. It was an incredible experience.

Guys in Cafeteria at breakfast time were very nice, but pillow covers and bed sheets were not changed unless you ask for. But rooms definiately need renovation as floor is all worn out and pillow covers and sheets needs to be cleaned daily as they charge you daily a good amount. Breakfast needs more items as its a five star Hotel. Sametime good thing is that Jasminder Singh chef is a humble and sweet guy who is ready to make anything you want and Ganesh serve you like a family. Rameshwary at front desk is darling to deal with. Always helpful.
Stayed for one night in so called luxury room as couple mini bar was empty minimal tea and coffee one robe for couple
And so called club lounge only open 6 pm to 8pm so much for a free excess if you miss the time you miss your free excess
Staying again from tomorrow hope everything is better than last time
