"Loved this place. Host was amazing and very helpful. Provided lots of information and allowed us to drop off our bags early on the first day. Checked in on us during our stay, and offered to help with anything we needed. Location is by old university, which is beautiful. Lots of students around square outside in the evening talking and having a beer, but was quiet later on. We slept well here. Nice vibe and felt very safe. Close to duomo, metro, and tram lines. "We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Amazing service by all staff, especially the room service waiters and the door men. So friendly and made my little boy smile everyday. We felt so welcome staying at this hotel, even with a 15month old. Room service both breakfast and evening meal was great! And my favourite was the little touches we would come back to every evening. From flowers, chocolates, to birthday cake. This stay was extra special. Thank you all!"
