"This is like the 5th time my room was not cleaned i am starting to think there is some thing wrong here. I don't understand this. I left at 3am and came back looking to shower and skeep at 3am the next day and the room is not cleaned and no towels. This continues to happen here. The front desk is great and breakfast is good but housekeeping is horrible "

"I have been to Santiago a few times and always stay in hotels. I would recommend the Aparta hotel to everyone traveling to this area. It has reasonably priced rooms, clean, good breakfast which is always on time, good customer service, taxi to and from the airport so let them know if this service is needed. "I book another place and they cancel me one week before my trip, I find this place and was more of what I was expecting. The host Leo was on top on everything and great communication, Definitely I coming back to this apartment. "The check in process was easy. I loved the apartment complex, the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It’s a 4 minute drive to the monument. Puerto Plata was a 1hr 15 min drive, which was lovely. I enjoyed my stay in Santiago, the city is beautiful."
