We stayed in a large king as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. It was a great size and we really appreciated the extra living room space for play and the larger fridge for necessities. Add in the cool factor with the loaner guitar and the friendly staff and we’d definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the construction that limited the traffic flow at times.

It was very clean! The staff was always kind and helpful! The only thing was charging for coffee. My husband and I have not been charged for coffee any where else. Overall/ excellent!

4.9/5 stars! A great and affordable stay, already looking forward to returning. The *only* detractor (and a very minor one at that) was that our king sized bed didn’t have king sized pillows. Otherwise, a great recommendation for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable & connected stay in Manhattan.

Initially, because we booked on Expedia they tried to stick us in a bad room and wouldn’t honour the room upgrade offer. Once I demanded to speak to a manager they were all of a sudden able to find me a room upgrade. Very nice otherwise.
