"The Black Dog Hideaway is a beautiful, cozy house located close to downtown and the university. The house has everything you need with an incredibly stocked kitchen. It was the perfect place to stay for our 5-day trip to visit our son in Bozeman and ski at Bridger Bowl. We will definitely rent the Black Dog on our next visit!"

"This is a great spot for a stay in Livingston. The rooms are spacious with lots of old charm. We were on the 4th floor, and elevator isn’t readily available. Also, its feet from a railroad track that blows the whistle a few times in the middle of the night! None of these things bother us at all but I could see that being a problem for more fussy travelers. The location is incredible, walkable the best shops, restaurants, and bars. The Murray Bar is actually the best spot in town! "

"The manager is so lovely. This is an old hotel, with great history. It could use a bit of an update, but other than that, it was quiet, and check in was easy. It’s walking distance to a distillery and it does have a speak easy, not open on Sundays, sad for us. "

"We had a wonderful stay here - the staff was helpful, super friendly, very professional. The room is comfortable, well appointed - loads of outlets. Coffee is available 24 hours a day in the lobby - with a nice variety - cookies are there in the afternoon. The fitness center was excellent - the first time in a long time I've seen all the machines in excellent condition. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety of foods. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent customer service Patty suggested eating at the Steakhouse and made our reservations for us. The maintenance man was very nice the evening desk clerk shared history stories with us. The Brewery Follies were awesome as always. The new owner of the Star bakery came around and visited with all of us at breakfast. As always I enjoyed my stay at VC."
