"The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet environment -- except the neighbor's dog who felt it his duty to bark every time we came up and down the walkway! ;). Excellent bedrooms, tiny crowded kitchen, but adequate for what we needed. Beautiful tucked in setting. Lots of local info and pamphlets. Let us keep bikes in garage. I would stay there again. "This location was great for our family including 8 year old twins and our 15 year old son. We had more than enough room for everyone to have their space and also come together for family time. The deck and patio are huge and we enjoyed outdoor time on both. The playground and fenced backyard were definitely a bonus. Being 10 minutes from a grocery store was also nice as it made getting food a breeze. It was an extremely nice and quite little neighborhood located at Beaver Lake."
