I want to give this all five stars… The beginning of the trip was so great! Until the last day… Our room completely flooded and we called room service five times the night before we left… All we wanted was at least some towels to soak it up. Our room service showed up with food and told us that this happens all the time… Which made me very irritated because all of my stuff was completely soaked. I ruined some of my personal items, and when I got out of the shower to notice the flooded room, I slipped and fell super hard on the ground and hit my head. Once again, we called multiple times and stayed up until one in the morning to wait for someone to bring towels or do some thing about the flooded water. Unfortunately, no one showed up and the next morning our room was still completely soaked. When I went to go talk to the front desk and the guest service, they apologized and said all they could do is room swap us… Which wouldn’t make sense because we were just leaving in a couple hours. I was very frustrated considering the past 24 hours all we wanted was at least some towels and we didn’t get towels to soak up the water. They didn’t seem to really care as it seemed that this happens all the time considering all my stuff got soaking wet and I had to board a plane that way… I was very frustrated, especially since I slipped and hurt myself from the unexpected flooding. So, beginning of the trip was wonderful, until the last couple days where it seems like they didn’t care

Both are rooms Air Conditioning was not working, despite of complaints and ask we slept in sweat for two night and on last day at resort they ask if we wanna switch room. Not much food options for vegetarians. On the resort app many restaurant showed open to dine in. When we go they are closed. Not just one or two but 6 of them were closed on a Friday night. Very unsatisfying experience. Staff did not do anything to accommodate the inconvenience we have experienced.
