This resort has the most beautiful beaches in Cancun. We really enjoyed our stay. And yes, you will have to ask for extra towel in your room.

The resort was great. My experience with Expedia was horrible and I would never book through this site again but I would absolutely stay at the resort. They were very accommodating and understanding.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff was kind , charming and friendly & welcoming! We did a free of the activities provided ( stretching , mojito making class, bracelet making & sunset painting ) the activity host Manuel & Angela ( Angie) were FANTASTIC! Both so animated , great personalities & so friendly! You could tell they loved their jobs , it was a pleasure to meet them & they helped make the best memories! The Rooms were fair size. We upgraded to a room with ocean view. The room was always humid and felt we. Room service came every day multiple times a day to clean & restock and freshen up the rooms , but the bed and the entire room was all just damp & wet feeling . I’m pleased with everything except for the room/ bed itself .

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I did not get the room I booked & the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff however was extremely nice & the ocean view was top tier.

Excelente atención de todos los empleados del hotel resaltan Lupita en el área de la playa servicio de bebidas y aperitivos y en la animación Tino haciendo cada noche un espectáculo para disfrutar y divertirse, bella playa de arenas blancas y aguas tranquilas , superó mis expectativas , el único comentario negativo que tengo es la cantidad insuficiente de camas y sombrillas en la playa lo que te obliga estando de vacaciones a madrugar si quieres conseguir una, la comida buena bien elaborada, aunque no muy variada en el bufé ; recomiendo este hotel y seguro que regresaré

I loved all the different pools for every mood, singles, or family. And I loved the vast patio dinner party with entertainment. One of the best appointed rooms I've been in. And all the staff was so nice, helpful, and accommodating.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The activity group was incredible and Manny, Manuel, Angie and Angelo were extraordinary. There were always things to do and the beach was impeccable. Really enjoyed our stay. We did stay on the resort most of the time as the area around the resort was unsafe.

Everything was good and the beach was very nice. There is a lack of "tropical" feel to the resort. Not much in the way of flowers or plants and no outdoor seating areas besides the beach and pool. We are used to seating areas where you can watch the sunset, etc.

Best beach, clean, super friendly staff. Foods were ok, not great. Membership people will harass you everyday until you go to their session, which was annoying. Besides that, wonderful experience.

If you want to enjoy beautiful turquoise waters of Caribbean Sea, stay in this hotel. This is our second time here, we stay because this particular beach has very little to no waves. Lots of beach chairs, cocktails keep coming and the staff is a bunch of happy people (please tip). Food is good, we upgraded to preferred level.

Some time there was a really weird smell that you can feel in hallways and/or in your room. Not sure if it’s just that floor where we stayed but we experienced it multiple times during our stay. Also food quality and options are not great. Very less options for someone who is vegetarian.

The food was not very good. Our room smelt like sewage. They try and talk you into a breakfast/lunch that will only take 90 minutes and it actually takes 4 hours and a huge waste of your day. Most of the staff was friendly but sometimes in seemed like an inconvenience to have to make you a drink/serve you. Also you have to wake up at 6am to reserve your beach chair or you won’t get one. I would not recommend this dreams. Spend the extra and go to a different dreams.

Great stay for the money. Very clear water w minimal seaweed gunk - excellent beach for kids - clear, shallow, few rocks. For the money, better value vs pricier hotels like ziva. Food was fine, on par or better than others. Rooms clean. Good view for even basic room of ocean. Only negative was that people hog up the beach recliners “self reserve” them- they are sooken for by 7am.all in all a great hotek, esp for $ value

Property seems dated and short staffed. Everything takes too much time from restaurent service to check in and all other processes. Dining also has limited options for kids. Strongly suggest adding pizza to either afternoon snacks or as a permenant dining station during afternoon or evening meals. Housekeeping also failed to restock towels, bathmats and wash clothes properly requiring guests to either call room service or pick up on their own from the housekeeping carts. Pillows are absolutely worst and very very thick.

Don't stay here. Main pool floor has many tiles missing and falling off as you enter. This poses a danger to families with small children as this is a choke risk as tile size is approximately 0.5 by 0.5 inches. Another issue experienced by broken tiles was stubbed toes for both children whose height allows them to touch pool floor and adults. Myself and my young son experienced stubbed toes during our stay. Hotel rooms are outdated and our room had ants. Additionally had to undergo unnecessary interruption hence my inability to enjoy vacation in peace as hotel manager informed that my room was subject to annual building inspection which my rebuttal to such claim was that room is currently occupied and should be inspected upon room being vacated. Manager then informed that that couldn't be done and proceeded in having room inspected hence interrupting our family's relaxation.

Several options for dining was great at the hotel though the food was not what I expected in a couple of restaurants . Transportation from the Airport to hotel was bad because we had to wait more than 1 hour for our ride .
