Overall the hotel is clean and the bellhop crew were all amazing. The property is outdated. It will be nice to have a RFID wristband keycard so you don’t have to carry the keys with you all the time. Rooms- clean but for some reason we were given shampoo. They do turndown service daily and replenish drinks in the fridge. Food - buffet is ok. The Japanese food for lunch is closed. Snack bar next to the pool has the same food daily. Pizza, Nachos, Salad and Chicken Nuggets. I’m assuming they focus on kids friendly options. Need reservation for the other restaurants. You can only reserve between 8-10am and the site is a pain to use. Room service has a flat fee of $5. They give you a card to get towel so you’re only allowed to get one at a time.

We had a getaway of 4 days at this resort and it is a great hotel for families. It has entertainment for all ages, and fun entertainment at the pool. There's always food available, if is not the buffet it is a snack bar with burgers. The drinks are water down, but it is family hotel you don't want drunks around your kids. The hotel needs maintenance, and the rooms a deep cleaning, like the sofa on our room had dirty stains same with the chairs (beds and bathroom were clean no issues). The food at the buffet was good, we didn't get tired of eating there. Every day is a new food theme for dinner. The area for baby/toddler was closed, I was extremely disappointed as I have a 2.5 yr and booked this resort for this reason (as not a lot of resort have activities for toddlers). Regardless, my kid has a good time at the pool. The shows are low budget but entertaining. My daughter enjoyed the Disney show, in my opinion is a bit too long (have dinner first). All 4 days we stayed there were aggressive waves. Also in my opinion, the pool behind the main pool is the best to be with kids, but the lounge chair need shade.

Very nice property and staff were excellent. I would have given it more stars however the breakfast buffet line was a bit ridiculous. People waiting in line for a buffet for up to an hour to eat breakfast. They did remedy this somewhat by opening a second location for breakfast however not all items were available at the second location. And they didn’t offer the second location every day so you couldn’t count on that.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the beautiful location, several issues made my stay less than enjoyable. First, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar and a musty smell in the bathroom. The room is dirty and the beddings was smelly. Second, the food quality at the buffet was below average. Many dishes were bland and repetitive. The dishes is not appetizing. Plus booking the dinner reservation in their 5 restaurant was so frustrating especially in the steak house. The dining area was often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table during peak times. And also their alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks was the same. Different names,different flavor but one taste,all taste like chlorinated water. The resort is not as good as advertized. Overall, I expected a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, but it failed to deliver. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a high-quality all-inclusive experience in Cancun. The amount of money is not worth of the experience

Mientras siga entrando dinero en los bolsillos de los dueños de este hotel y que los huéspedes sigan pagando por tener una experiencia tan mediocre y limitada, aparentemente las instalaciones seguirán cayendo en decadencia cada vez más. Los dueños de este hotel jamás escucharon en su vida la palabra “mantenimiento” y no es que se trate de un hotel barato, es un hotel viejo, pero hay hoteles mucho más viejos que están en mejores condiciones. Lo bueno: La mejor parte del hotel es el personal, el Sr. Fidel que estaba recibiendo gente en el restaurante italiano es una de las razones por las que este hotel no ha quebrado. Las habitaciones son buenas y aparentemente fueron renovadas en algún momento. Lo malo: Las instalaciones del establecimiento están en condición deplorable, los camastros en el área de adultos no han sido lavados en años, el plástico de los cojines tiene moho. La alfombra que lleva a los baños de esa área posiblemente sea de los 70s u 80s. Los camastros en la playa nunca han sido lavados. Mucha basura en los jardines, los pasillos de los jardines y áreas de albercas nunca han sido mantenidos, los elevadores están en pésimas condiciones. La comida, mediocre. Para reservar los restaurantes de especialidades tienes que madrugar cada día.

Crown Paradise Club resort experience was far from satisfactory. The service was exceptionally poor, with unfriendly staff who were unresponsive to requests. Despite claims of being kid-friendly, the staff were not accommodating towards children. The buffet offered limited options, with only the Seafood, Italian, and Mexican restaurant's meeting expectations. Did not visit French cuisine due to restrictions on children. Reception was also lacking in hospitality. On a positive note, the activities and kid programs provided some respite from the disappointing service. However, having visited Cancun resorts multiple times, this experience stands out as the worst in terms of service quality. Overall, while there are redeeming aspects to the resort, the subpar service significantly detracts from the overall experience.

From start to finish this resort exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, the beach was clean, and for every mistake or error that happened during the stay - they were quick to fix it and made sure the experience was even better. It's a great resort for families, couples and solo travellers. I highly recommend you give them a try.

It was a great place to have fun. Either with a family or just a night out. However i was disappointed about the way they handle reservations. They say 8-10 am but at 8:15am all the locations are booked and youre left with buffet food. Buffet food was OK, it wasnt the best. Pizza was definitely not good at all. Room. We had a club room but upgrated to a honeymoon suite. The upgrade was definitely worth it for the view, however the club room had a good side view too and was on the 7th floor while they honeymoon was on the 1st. Only other complaint i have is that i asked for a beach chair that was missing from our room 4 times and they said they would bring it up and never did. (Mind you 1 was provided bc it was a honeymoon suite there should have been 2) Other than that the experience was great!

I did not like the way dinner reservations were made. I was with a group of 6 and we only ate together once. Also, I wish there were 2 double beds on the adult side. My friend and I had to stay on the children's side or sleep together in a king size bed. Also, the fee of $5.00 per day - for what I don't know - should be included in price.

This place has so much to do for the kids from rock climbing, ziplining(9:30-10:30am), water slides, soccer, basketball, game room , mini putt etc. They even thought of the adults. You could have your own time without the kids if you left them in the care of the staff at the kids pool/area. They had an adults only pool too! The entertainment crew are all beyond amazing!! This place was clean and the service was great.

Hotel stay was ok. I the food was not that good. The evening for dinner if you didn’t make a reservation at 8am for dinner restaurant there is only 1 buffet for dinner. I didn’t enjoy the dinner buffet and there were no other place to get something to eat. You have to make a reservation for dinner which is hard because your not sure when you want to eat dinner. I’m really not that picky of an eater and had trouble finding food to eat. Would not stay here again .

When I initially booked the hotel, I had some concerns, particularly after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and offers all the amenities needed for a delightful stay. The beach is pristine, and the pool area is well-maintained. While the buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, the quality was average. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to dine at the à la carte restaurants, including Fisherman's La Piazza, Wayne's Boot, and The Mexican restaurant. Each of these restaurants provided excellent service and served delicious cuisine, enhancing our overall experience. The only downside was the occasional lack of hygiene in the buffet area, such as finding soap residue in cups and witnessing staff members handling food without gloves. Despite this, I rate my overall experience as great, and I would gladly return in the future.
