"This was not our first time here, the hotel looks as if it has been painted. Our room on the first floor was great, bathroom with bath and nice towels. Needs a little TLC around the skirting. Then it would be perfect. Food as always was wonderful with a good breakfast spread, including hot scrambled eggs etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks, we will be back."

The reception is closed on Sunday, this was not communicated during the booking process and a subsequent email went to my junk inbox meaning we hadn't contacted the hotel prior to us arriving menaning 3 hours of panicking before getting in. The pool was very good and the room was OK for what we needed although many cupboards and curtains are in poor condition and in need of replacement. "

"Had a great time away with family and friends. 4 adults and 7 children for October school holiday. Plenty of room in the property. Children had a great time in games room with plenty of communal space to feel we weren’t all over each other. Comfy beds. Good kitchen equipment. Great outdoor space. We were hit by storm Ciaren and had a power cut for several hours. The owner was amazing and went out of his way to provide us with a gas stove!! Lovely man. Lovely property. We hope to return."
