Layover en route for LeShuttle
Simple double bed with bunk directly above small tv and a toilet shower sink similar to a coach cubical. Not much room to move in. Priced appropriately for the layover which was fine. Staff were friendly.

Rooms are very small hotel is like cubic. Stuff was nice enough to change the room three times until we get family room, which is two in one bedroom.
Clean room with friendly stuff.

Don't bother, needs complete overhaul, had to ask for room water cups and soap for holder. Cistern filling all night every 20 mins. Had single beds placed awkwardly so could not sit supported anywhere! No butter at breakfast. Definitely a don't care attitude.
Great for an overnight stay, rooms have been renovated but bathroom was still the same, small and a bit tired. Lots of eating options nearby within walking distance
Very cheap. But unfortunately that's the main thing. Windows not possible to close. Missing toilet paper, soap, towels. Public areas filthy. Breakfast very limited, mostly out of items, bugs and dirty plates. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I'm sure they are doing their best. But you get what you pay for, and the beds were surprisingly comfy.

Really competent staff compared to other premiere classe hotels
No hot water for entire stay which was a disaster. I asked for compensation by email to the hotel. Two weeks later and they have not replied. Disgraceful customer service by hotel management. I must say it is not the fault of the people who work at the hotel. They were helpful as they could be. No hot water for an entire stay at a motorway type Hotel where you want to sleep and get clean is a disaster for this type of hotel . Whole
Experience a disaster for a stinky family after long travel to get there and long travel the next day. Made us feel dirty for 48 hours
Room was less than basic and overpriced. Bathroom was like a plastic box inserted into the room and there's not much space at all. Also, bedding had stains on it and bathroom sink slow to drain and had cracks in it. Husband banged is elbow coming out of the bathroom and I banged my head on the overhead bed. Other guests were right outside our window and made more noise than the TV. Only good thing was the fridge which was welcomed for our water on a hot day. We've stayed in 2 cheaper hotels since then and they were miles apart in quality.
Great value for money property, arrived very late but was greeted and checked in quickly. Convenient location when heading back to channel tunnel and pet friendly, would happily stay here again
