"We were there for my father’s celebration of life! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One of our reasons for picking the hotel was the pool and its proximity to the Hawthorne Community, where he had lived! The service from hotel staff was friendly and efficient! The breakfast had a good choice of food to choose from that my picky eater found something she liked and enjoyed! The room was clean and comfortable the lobby was clean and comfortable area! All staff we encountered were friendly and kind!"

"Very rustic looking on outside but beautifully decorated and clean inside. Double size bed took a little getting used to and kitchen table was small. Very nice walk-in shower.. We each had our own bedroom; we had a full bath and a half bath; NETFLIX was very nice; the lanai was great; the fenced in yard gave us privacy. Overall we had a very positive experience.
