"First impressions are always important and as you walk through the gate and through the lovely garden to reception you know this will not disappoint. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a balcony room overlooking the garden and it was excellent. The breakfast was also really good. "The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever.
